Khalil Mack has done a lot in his short career. But entering Week 12, he had never scored a touchdown. That is no longer the case.
Mack perfectly snuffed out a screen pass from Cam Newton, intercepting the ball for six to put the Oakland Raiders up 24-7 on the Carolina Panthers.

While the Raiders are 8-2 through 11 weeks, their defense has not always played at a championship level. But if Mack is going to be making plays like this, that will change during the season’s final weeks.
Mack is already an All-Pro player and is on his way to a stellar career. Now, he’ll forever be able to say that his first touchdown came after intercepting the reigning league MVP. That’s not a bad story to tell the grandkids.
