Report: Josh Rosen traded to the Dolphins

A year after being drafted with the No. 10 pick and about 24 hours after the Arizona Cardinals drafted quarterback Kyler Murray, Josh Rosen has been traded to the Miami Dolphins.

The Deal: A year after investing a first-round pick in the signal caller, Arizona is now shipping him to Miami for a late second-round pick. Dolphins also get a 2020 fifth-round pick.

Dolphins land long-term quarterback: After seeing its experiment with Ryan Tannehill fail once again and facing a potential rebuild, Miami now lands a quarterback it can potentially build around.

Arizona’s Next Step: Now with Rosen out of the building and the franchise tied to Murray, the Cardinals can focus on building around their new franchise quarterback.

The biggest remaining quarterback domino has fallen, however, Arizona might not be done swinging big deals yet. All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson is disgruntled with the organization and could be on the trade block.
