The halftime show at the National Championship Game was widely panned. Among the critics was Arizona Cardinals quarterback, Josh Rosen.
Rosen, who’s been outspoken in his beliefs, criticized Imagine Dragons and took a not so subtle shot at the NCAA.

We can’t call this tweet surprising.
Rosen has been quite vocal in his criticisms of the NCAA in the past. Considering how poorly the performance was received and that the issue about athletes not getting paid is not going away any time soon, this particular comment was a pretty easy one for Rosen (or anyone) to make.
