Jon Bon Jovi Shopping For The Buffalo Bills?

One of America’s most popular rock stars, Jon Bon Jovi has been spotted at many NFL games and at other high-profile sporting events. What’s better than sitting in the best seats at an NFL game? That would be owning an NFL team, of course. With the unfortunate passing of Ralph Wilson, Bon Jovi may have his sites set on purchasing the Buffalo Bills.

According to USA Today,

NFL honchos expect rocker Jon Bon Jovi to make a push to purchase the Bills, perhaps in concert with Maple Leafs magnate Larry Tanenbaum, BleacherReport.com’s Dan Pompei reported. Bon Jovi is connected with Tanenbaum and Tim Leiweke, CEO of Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment.

In the meantime, Bon Jovi should keep his day job as the Buffalo Bills lease runs through 2022 and there is not a buyout option until 2019.

Skip five years ahead and say Bon Jovi does get his hands on the franchise, does that mean that a group of 50-something rockers will be singing the national anthem and doing half-time show entertainment?
