Update: Bengals head coach Zac Taylor says it’s a belief that Joe Burrow has a sprained right wrist. Further tests will confirm what the star QB is dealing with.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is the latest to fall victim to whatever is happening during their Thursday night against against the Baltimore Ravens.

Earlier in the game, Ravens tight end Mark Andrews left the game due to an ankle injury after a hip-drop tackle from linebacker Logan Wilson.

Then, in the second quarter, Burrow exited the game with an apparent right wrist injury. It came following a touchdown pass to Joe Mixon. As you will see below, Burrow was in a ton of pain after the throw.

Burrow couldn’t even grip the football as he attempted to throw on the sideline. Ultimately, he exited to the locker room while showing a ton of frustration in the process.

Cincinnati initially called Burrow questionable to return with a wrist injury. He was undergoing X-rays after exiting the field in Baltimore. Ultimately, Burrow was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

For the star quarterback, this is the latest injury in a season riddled with them. He dealt with a calf injury throughout the early part of the regular season after initially suffering it during Cincinnati’s first training camp practice.

The calf injury impacted Burrow early in the season with the quarterback throwing two touchdowns compared to two interceptions in his first four starts. He seemed to be himself since with 12 scores and four interceptions in his past five starts.
