J.J. Watt ends Hurricane Harvey Fund, raises nearly $36 million

J.J. Watt

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt set out to raise $200,000 when he spearheaded an effort to help out Houston’s Hurricane Harvey victims.

As we can see, his efforts snowballed into an avalanche. Watt helped raise an slightly over $35.8 million dollars. This is absolutely incredible.

It was awesome to see the entire NFL, both teams and individuals, join together to help raise this much-needed money.

Watt being the truly genuine guy he is would hardly accept congratulations for his efforts. But, he deserves some major props for his accomplishment.
