In what can’t be considered too much of a surprise, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette (hamstring) will not play Sunday in a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship Game against the New England Patriots.
Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette will NOT play in today’s game, per source. T.J. Yeldon and Corey Grant will get the workload for the Jaguars’ running game.

The second-year back suffered the injury last week against the New York Giants and had been questionable to go throughout the week. It’s a continuation of what has been an injury-plagued early career for the former top-10 pick.
Fournette’s availability came into question when Jacksonville brought up young running back Brandon Wilds from the practice squad earlier in the week. At that point, it seemed he was more doubtful than anything.
Fournette, 23, put up north of 1,300 total yards and 10 touchdowns as a rookie last season. He also missed three games to injury.
