Reports earlier on Tuesday noting that Odell Beckham Jr. would be attending voluntary minicamp this week were confirmed by the New York Giants later in the day.
Not only that, first-year head coach Pat Shurmur dismissed rumors that OBJ might in fact be traded prior to the 2018 NFL season.
Pat Shurmur: Odell Beckham Jr will “absolutely” be part of team in 2018. They have talked often. OBJ not ready physically to take part in minicamp but is at #NYG.

New York had been listening to offers for the Pro Bowl receiver. Though, the team was said to be demanding far more than other squads were willing to give up in said trade discussions (more on that here).
Shurmur’s comments won’t put an end to trade speculation. It’s possible he’s trying to increase the bounty New York receives in a deal. But with OBJ showing up to minicamp and the Giants publicly stating he will not be moved, it’s looking more and more like the star will be in Jersey again next season.
