It sure looks like Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie is looking to get his young Pro Bowl quarterback some more weapons on offense.
Less than 24 hours after signing Pro Bowler Cordarrelle Patterson, the Raiders are set to meet with former Green Bay Packers tight end Jared Cook.
After his visit with #Vikings, assuming he doesn't sign, TE Jared Cook is expected to meet with #Raiders, I'm told. A strong landing spot

Cook, 29, put up a solid performance for the Packers this past season, recording 30 receptions for 377 yards in 10 games.
Green Bay had prioritized signing Cook this offseason before the two sides couldn’t come to terms on a new deal. After that, the team added Martellus Bennett to the mix in free agency.
Tight end is the one area Oakland struggled in on offense last season with players at that position combining for just 57 receptions. The team is said to be interested in some of the top-tier tight ends on the upcoming draft. Should the Raiders add Cook to the mix here, that would negate the need for a tight end in said draft.
