Trying to mesh with his new team, veteran Miami Dolphins cornerback Cortland Finnegan is just stoked with the speediness of the Dolphins’ offense. If this doesn’t have us shaking our heads wondering what type of air Finnegan is breathing in Miami, I’d be surprised.

Finnegan had this to say via Fox Sports…
I’ve never seen anything this fast, Finnegan said, via the Sun-Sentinel. It’s great. It’s going to be great for us as an offense and defense. To go against one another, compete at this level and do it with this many bullets flying and people running around. So I’m enjoying it.
Is he talking about running backs Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas, who combined for slightly over 1,100 yards and only six total touchdowns last season? Or must he be speaking over the overpaid 25th-ranked wide receiver Mike Wallace, who only had five touchdown scores in 2013.
Yes, it would appear Finnegan is actually impressed with his team’s offense. I’m afraid that is not the sentiment of the skeptical general public, however. Obviously, others just had a fabulous Tuesday afternoon laugh upon reading Finnegan’s outrageous comments.

Cortland Finnegan claims he's never seen an offense as fast the Dolphins'. This leads me to believe he is a pathological liar.
