Report: Ezekiel Elliott cleared of domestic violence charges

Ezekiel Elliott

Thankfully for the Dallas Cowboys, first-round draft pick Ezekiel Elliott has reportedly been cleared of recent domestic violence allegations.

As we can see, Elliott’s mother is nothing less than thrilled by this news.

Elliott’s ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson accused Elliott of physical abuse after she posted some disturbing photos showing her bruised body to her Instagram account.

Elliott denied any wrong doing, and reportedly Thompson also threatened to ruin Elliott if he broke up with her.

During the investigation, TMZ Sports reported that Elliott and his attorneys cooperated in full.

This report comes none too soon with the start of the NFL season kicking off this Thursday evening. And the Cowboys are hardly a team that can afford to endure any more bad news in light of recent events.
