Seattle Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas suffered a leg injury during Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. As the cart took him off the field, Thomas flipped off Seattle’s sideline.
Thomas went down with a leg injury. After trainers put a cast around his leg and loaded him onto the cart, television cameras captured Thomas look towards his sideline with his middle finger raised in the air.

The 29-year-old, who held out during the offseason seeking a contract extension, skipped practices over the past two weeks to avoid injury. The relationship between Thomas and the Seahawks had clearly soured and likely influenced his emotional outburst on Sunday.
It’s very possible the last image Seawhawks fans will have of the All-Pro safety is of him flipping off his own sideline after he suffered another season-altering injury.
