Dez Bryant is finally getting a chance to show off what he’s still got left in the tank, as Jane Slater of NFL Network reports he’ll be one of three receivers working out for the New Orleans Saints.

Bryant hasn’t played since last season. He hasn’t been on a roster since being released by the Dallas Cowboys in the spring.

Last year, he caught 69 passes for 839 yards and six touchdowns. Once one of the league’s most feared receivers, he’s hauled in 531 passes for 7,459 yards and 73 touchdowns in 113 career games.

Of all the teams that might need receiver help, the Saints are surprising given the firepower they already possess. This is easily seen in the way they dropped 45 points on the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

However, adding talent is never a bad thing. If, in fact, Bryant still has the ability to make big plays happen on the field.
