The Indianapolis Colts signed free agent cornerback Kevin Toliver II on Wednesday.
Undrafted out of LSU in 2018, Toliver has not appeared in an NFL game since 2020.
Toliver, 27, has 32 tackles in 29 games (two starts) with the Chicago Bears (2018-19) and Denver Broncos (2020).
