Cleveland Cavaliers rookie first-round pick Kevin Porter Jr. has enjoyed himself a tremendous first season in the NBA.

Sadly, said season almost assuredly came to an end during Sunday night’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Porter suffered what seems to be a serious knee injury in the game, buckling to the hardwood in obvious pain. Warning, this video is not easy to watch.

The scene at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland was just devastating as Porter Jr. was on the court in obvious pain.

You don’t need to be a health expert to know this injury is bad. Porter, 19, entered Sunday’s action averaging 8.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists on 44% shooting from the field this season.
