Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson is one of the best in the business, so it’s a pretty big deal that he’s been fully cleared ahead of offseason workouts.
Darren Urban of the team’s official website shared this news on Monday evening, and on Tuesday Johnson was spotted doing some lifting as well.

When healthy, Johnson is among the most dangerous offensive playmakers the NFL has to offer. He went over 1,000 yards with 12 touchdowns as a rookie out of Northern Iowa in 2015. Then in 2016, he racked up 2,118 yards and 20 touchdowns from scrimmage.
Johnson injured his wrist in Week 1 of the 2017 season and was placed on injured reserve, much to the chagrin of the Cardinals and fantasy owners everywhere. Assuming he’s able to stay healthy in 2018, there’s no reason to believe Johnson won’t be back to his old tricks, piling up yards and touchdowns.
