There’s been a lot of talk that Odell Beckham Jr. is not happy as he finishes up a disappointing first season with the Cleveland Browns.
The star receiver and his team head into Week 15 with a 6-7 record and almost completely out of the AFC Playoff race. Cleveland could very well look to move the former Pro Bowler in a trade this coming offseason.
Whether it’s a parting gift or just OBJ being in the holiday spirit, he just gifted all of his teammates a pair of the receiver’s Nike Air Max 720 shoes on Monday.
Retailing for $130-plus, this is not a small gift from Mr. Beckham. It also comes after he wore pair of OBJ Nike cleats for “my cause, my cleats” for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Beckham’s cause was to help support animal shelters.
It goes without saying that Beckham Jr. has a sense for fashion. It’ll be interesting to see the styles he gifted his teammates.
