Denver Broncos star and former Super Bowl MVP Von Miller became the biggest name around the NFL world to test positive for COVID-19 earlier this month.

His announcement was somewhat shocking in that NFL players have largely been unaffected by the pandemic primarily because the league is in the offseason.

Miller, 31, has an underlying health condition as he’s been dealing with Asthma. Given that COVID-19 is a respiratory illness, that piece of information is concerning.

The good news? Miller provided a brief update on his health via social media on Tuesday. He’s getting better every day.

A report earlier in the day indicated that Miller was going to get retested for the virus on Tuesday. While we’re not sure if that’s happened, it seems that he’s on the mend. That’s great news.

The United States is currently the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic. Though, there’s signs that the curve is about to be flattened.

That’s good news for Miller and other NFL players as it relates to the 2020 NFL season starting on time come September.
