Broncos star on the Raiders: ‘They’re just dirty, grimy Raiders’

It’s safe to say that Denver Broncos defensive lineman Derek Wolfe won’t be invited for a post-game steak dinner by any members of the Oakland Raiders Monday night.

Oakland is set to host its division rivals in less than a week. In talking about the Raiders ahead of said game Wolfe did not mince words.

“It’s just the Raiders, man. They’re just dirty, grimy Raiders,” Wolfe said. “They’re just the Raiders, and we just don’t like them.”

Tell us how you really feel, Mr. Wolfe.

To be fair, we’re pretty sure that the feeling is mutual on the other side. Monday’s game will represent 120th time these two teams have played. Their first meeting was back in 1960 in Denver.

This is the last time the two teams will do battle in Oakland with the Raiders set to relocate to Las Vegas next season.

We can fully expect the fireworks to be on full display for this one on Monday Night Football.
