Such a mess. Browner is claiming that he wasn’t aware of periodic tests he was to submit because he changed addresses. He’s also suggesting that the NFL never told him what stage drug program he was in. Interestingly enough, Browner was placed on indefinite suspension prior to signing with the Seahawks, a suspension that “fell through the cracks,” so theoretically he shouldn’t have been in the NFL in the first place.
He’s asking for an injunction that will enable him to hit free agency and still play football while the suit is being heard. So many different levels to this story, guys/gals.
