Brandon Browner on LeGarrette Blount: “He Could’ve Carried a Beach Ball”

Scuffing off the concept that under-inflated footballs attributed to the New England Patriots 45-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, cornerback Brandon Browner tweeted out his thoughts.

Browner makes a point in that the Indianapolis Colts were severely mismatched in Sunday’s game. It’s also no hidden fact that the Patriots have a recent history of running all over the Colts.

The last time Blount faced Indianapolis in 2013, he gashed them for 166 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Sunday had Blount rushing for the three touchdowns and 148 rushing yards. Additionally, Patriots’ running back Jonas Gray tallied 201 rushing yards and four rushing scores against the Colts back in week 11.

Now that Browner has cleared the air on his end, he’ll certainly feel better about facing his former Seahawks’ team in the Super Bowl.

You also have to love the end of Browner’s tweet, “inflate this.”
