This Friday delivers shocking news when it comes to new Philadelphia Eagles Michael Bennett. According to a report, Bennett has been indicted by a Harris County Grand Jury on felony charges related to him allegedly injuring a 66-year-old paraplegic woman at Super Bowl LI at NRG Stadium in Houston.
As more light is being shed on this breaking news, it would appear the Eagles and Bennett’s former Seattle Seahawks team were not aware of the 2017 incident.
According to a league source the Seahawks and the Eagles were not aware of this MIchael Bennett incident.

An arrest warrant was issued for Bennett and he faces charges that include up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The incident took place when Bennett allegedly injured the elderly woman when he pushed his way to the field of NRG Stadium to celebrate his brother Martellus’ victory with the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LI.
It will be interesting to see if either Bennett’s former Seahawks team or the Eagles issue any type of official statement following the indictment.
