The Boston Uprising swept the Los Angeles Gladiators in the upper-bracket final, nabbing a Midseason Madness berth on Saturday at the Overwatch League’s West Region Spring Stage Knockouts.

In lower-bracket action Saturday, the Florida Mayhem defeated the San Francisco Shock 3-1, and the Washington Justice swept the New York Excelsior 3-0.

The Mayhem and the Justice will face off Sunday in the lower-bracket semifinal, with the winner advancing to the final against the Gladiators. The winner of that final earns a spot in Midseason Madness.

The teams that finished third through 10th in the month-long qualifying round are competing in the double-elimination knockout round, with two places in Midseason Madness on the line. The Atlanta Reign and Houston Outlaws booked their spots in Midseason Madness by finishing first and second, respectively, in qualifying.

The Uprising opened with 2-1 wins on Ilios and Hollywood, then clinched with a 4-3 triumph on Shambali Monastery.

The Shock grabbed an early lead with a 2-0 win on Oasis, but the Mayhem responded by taking Hollywood 3-1, Junkertown 4-3 and Esperanca 1-0.

The Justice had little trouble sweeping the Excelsior, posting a 2-1 win on Antarctic Peninsula, then claiming Hollywood 3-1 and Havana by a 3-0 score.
