Antonio Brown turned himself into the Broward County authorities on Thursday night. While a judge granted him bail on Friday morning, he was also ordered to undergo drug and alcohol testing and to receive a mental health evaluation, per ESPN’s Cameron Wolfe.

Brown stood in front of the judge and after a lengthy hearing, the judge set his bond at $100,000 for his release. The judge required for Brown to receive GPS monitoring while his case plays and to turn over his passport and guns. Upon his release, Brown must undergo drug and alcohol testing and receive a mental health evaluation, per Wolfe.

The hearing comes after officers responded to a call at Brown’s home on Tuesday. Law enforcement arrested Brown’s trainer for battery and later issued a warrant for Brown’s arrest.

Brown has continued to land in trouble since being released by the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots in 2019. Given his continued issues off the field and his behavioral issues, hopefully, this could be an opportunity for Brown to potentially receive help.
