UCLA linebacker Anthony Barr has come out and said he should be the number 1 pick in the draft. Barr, who is not ranked in most expert’s top 10, believes he has the necessary tools to excel in the NFL. If self-promotion was what teams were looking for, Barr would be a sure fire number 1.
