Tony Khan made clear at the AEW Revolution post-show media scrum that Ronda Rousey has an open door in All Elite Wrestling. Khan spoke about his relationship with Rousey, pointed to her prior work in Ring of Honor, and confirmed that she personally invited him to her upcoming fight against Gina Carano.

Khan addressed the topic directly during the scrum, saying, “Ronda Rousey’s a huge star. We have a great relationship with her. She’s wrestled for me before in ROH, and she’s always welcomed here in AEW anytime.

“She’s got a big fight coming up against Gina Carano. I don’t know Gina Carano at all. Ronda’s always been very good to me. I wish her the best. Ronda’s always welcome here, and anybody from AEW that wants to attend that fight is welcome to do so. Ronda may invite some people. Ronda invited me to the fight tonight. So I guess so. Sounds like we’re gonna be there.”

Rousey previously competed in ROH, which operates under the AEW umbrella, so her familiarity with Khan’s organizations is already established. Khan’s comments suggest the relationship between the two remains in good standing, and his willingness to attend her fight in person underscores that. The upcoming bout pits Rousey against Gina Carano, though Khan noted he has no personal familiarity with Carano.

Rousey’s direct outreach to Khan and her broad offer to AEW talent indicate she maintains active ties with the promotion. However, there is one question remains. What does it lead to, and that’s what fans want to know.

Whether that translates into an in-ring return at some point remains to be seen for now, but Khan’s comments leave the door clearly open. With WrestleMania 42 weekend and a busy spring schedule ahead for AEW, any future Rousey appearance would draw considerable attention. Perhaps, the two sides can work out a deal.
