49ers Pro Bowl CB Richard Sherman fully healthy, has no injury designation for Rams game

Ideal landing spots for key NFL free agents remaining

Incredibly, San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman is fully healthy, practiced fully on Thursday and is ready for Saturday’s game.

As noted by ESPN’s Adam Caplan, Sherman has no injury status for Saturday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams. Additionally, cornerback K’Waun Williams has been cleared to play after suffering a concussion and missing last week’s game.

Sherman hurt his hamstring in the second half of San Francisco’s game against the New Orleans Saints. He suffered a partially torn hamstring, so it’s pretty remarkable that Sherman is already back and ready to go.

With Sherman and Williams ready to play Saturday, the 49ers are getting two key defenders back (though others remain out) for the critical final two weeks. Should they win out, they’ll win the NFC West and take the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
