San Francisco 49ers rookie receiver Deebo Samuel made some history on the first drive of the game for his team during Super Bowl LIV.

Samuel took the ball from Jimmy Garoppolo on a beautifully designed misdirection play and romped 32 yards down the right sideline. Per ESPN’s SportsCenter, it’s the longest rush by a receiver in Super Bowl history.

Samuel also helped the 49ers get deeper into Kansas City Chiefs territory with another run later in the same drive, and the team settled for three points to open up an early 3-0 lead over the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV.
