It sure looks like Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien is going to have more power heading into the offseason.

Without a true general manager since firing Brian Gaine back in June, the Texans have fired longtime executive and interim general manager Chris Olsen on Sunday.

Outside of O’Brien gaining more power, we’re not too sure what to make of this. Houston’s epic collapse against Kansas City in the AFC Divisional Playoffs put more scrutiny on O’Brien.

He’ll now be under a microscope even more.
