The Los Angeles Chargers have a talent for losing games in the most agonizing ways possible, as the fans who are still loyal to the team can attest.

On Sunday in Denver, the Chargers tied the game with seconds left on the clock. The Broncos, with just nine seconds left, opted to try one final heave deep down the field. Drew Lock unloaded, and the pass was slightly off the mark.

Unfortunately for the Chargers, cornerback Casey Heyward committed an unconscionable pass interference penalty.

This penalty, which was a spot foul, gave the Broncos a chance to kick the game-winning field goal from 53 yards out. Brandon McManus did not miss.

This marked the eighth one-score loss in 2019 for the Chargers, who continue to invent new ways to blow a lead and lose key games.

After yet another brutal loss, the NFL community exploded with reactions on social media.
