Steelers RBs James Conner doubtful, Benny Snell ruled out for Colts game

Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner runs onto the field

The Pittsburgh Steelers will likely not have James Conner Sunday for their game against the Indianapolis Colts, and Benny Snell has been ruled out.

The Steelers listed Conner, who has a shoulder injury, as doubtful for the AFC showdown against the Colts.

Conner had a spectacular game against the Miami Dolphins Monday night, but near the end of the contest he suffered an injury to his shoulder and did not practice all week. It would be very surprising if he suited up for Sunday’s game.

The Colts are also going to be without a top weapon, however, as star receiver T.Y. Hilton has been ruled out with a calf injury and could miss significant time as a result.
