Redskins’ fans chant ‘Sell the Team’ at FedEx Field during another ugly loss

Even in a season where the fan base came in with low expectations, the Washington Redskins are falling short of expectations once again. As the seconds ticked away before another humiliating loss on Sunday, this time to the New York Jets, fans let their frustrations out at FedEx Field.

As the team’s owner Daniel Snyder sat watching another disastrous loss, the fans unleashed a “Sell the Team” chant throughout the stadium before the two-minute warning even hit.

Snyder and Washington’s front office already made Jay Gruden the scapegoat by firing him on Oct. 7. The firing didn’t fix things as Washington’s offense went 16 straight quarters without a touchdown.

Unfortunately for the fans, there appears to be no end in sight to Snyder’s control of the team. Until that change comes, the entire organization will likely remain an epic mess and it will be reflected with the product on the gridiron.
