It’s safe to say the Golden State Warriors will not earn a sixth consecutive trip to the NBA Finals.

The team was in the midst of being blown out at home by the Phoenix Suns Wednesday night when two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry went down in the third quarter with a broken left hand.

The play itself is about as ugly as it gets.

Curry was unable to shoot free throws and was immediately ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Golden State entered Wednesday’s game with a 1-2 record and were down 43-14 to Phoenix after the first quarter. The Suns went on to win the game 121 – 110.

This comes with Klay Thompson potentially out for the remainder of the season with a torn ACL and Kevin Durant now in Brooklyn.

The end of this dynasty has come crashing down in a big way. Curry’s broken left hand is the latest example of this.
