The combination of Jrue Holiday and Lonzo Ball in the New Orleans Pelicans’ back court should bring us some amazing highlights this season.

That started on opening night against the defending NBA champion Toronto Raptors. Check out this sweet no-look bounce pass from Ball to Holiday, who finished beautifully at the rim.

Some are upset about Pelicans rookie Zion Williamson being out for a few weeks. That sure does stink given how much of a human highlight-reel he is. But these two are no slouches.

Ball struggled shooting in the first half of his Pelicans regular-season debut, connecting on just 1-of-4 shots. However, he added three rebounds and five assists while playing great defense.

That’s what this kid brings on a nightly basis. He has a tremendous all-around impact on the game.
