Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve has overcome his small size to achieve some incredible achievements. Now he can add a new milestone to his incredible career.

Altuve drilled a solo home run in the eighth inning of Game 5 to give Houston a 6-1 lead and ultimately clinch its trip to the ALCS. It also pushes him past Chase Utley with the most career postseason home runs by a second baseman.

Altuve has been a special player for years now and he just seems to get even better when October rolls around. While Houston’s pitching staff deserves a lot of attention, Altuve and the rest of this lineup is a big reason why this team is going to the ALCS.
