Jason Garrett was furious that he had to challenge a clear catch by Amari Cooper late in the third quarter as the Dallas Cowboys faced the Green Bay Packers.

Garrett expressed his fury by very demonstrably throwing the challenge flag at the feet of one of the refs while yelling at said ref, who didn’t take it very well.

The 15-yard penalty hurt Dallas, to be sure. What really stinks is that Garrett had every right to be upset, and after review it was determined that Cooper did catch the ball.

It’s too bad the ref can’t be flagged for being too soft.
