The Houston Astros and Tampa Bay Rays were locked into a pitcher’s duel early in Game 2 of the ALDS. Astros third baseman Alex Bregman then stepped to the plate and changed everything with a monster home run.

Bregman battled in his at-bat against Blake Snell just waiting for that one mistake. Once Snell’s fastball hung over the plate, Bregman watched and admired his work as it sailed into the Crawford Boxes for a 1-0 lead.

Houston’s bats had struggled until this point to get the big hit against Snell. Now with Gerrit Cole on the mound and retiring nearly every hitter he faces, one run might be all the Astros need to win on Saturday and take a 2-0 series lead.
