Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield was forced to exit Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks in the third quarter for medical attention.

Shortly after going to the sideline, Mayfield was taken to the locker room for further evaluation.

Garrett Gilbert replaced Mayfield in the starting lineup. There was no definitive word on what the exact injury was that forced Mayfield from the game, but some speculated that he was dealing with a hip injury.

Before leaving Sunday’s game, Mayfield had passed for 211 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.

However, he soon returned to the sideline.
