The Cleveland Browns had the upper hand early against the divisional rival Ravens in Baltimore on Sunday.

Up 7-0 midway through the second quarter, Cleveland had the ball on Baltimore’s side of the field. That’s when the ugly Baker Mayfield reared his head. On third and short, Mayfield attempted to connect with Jarvis Landry for a first down.

It went horribly awry.

That’s a rookie mistake from Mayfield right there. He didn’t look off the corner and threw a horrendous pass right into the waiting arms of Ravens defensive back Maurice Canady.

This represents Mayfield’s sixth interception in less than four games. He now leads the NFL with 20 picks since taking over as Cleveland’s starter last season.
