Derek Carr expects Antonio Brown to be full participant in practices going forward

On Saturday, Antonio Brown was a full participant in the Oakland Raiders’ walk-through, and Derek Carr believes he’s going to be ready to rock and roll going forward.

Speaking with Levi Damien of Silver and Black Pride, Carr says he doesn’t see any reason why Brown won’t be a full participant during normal practices following Saturday’s walk-through.

Carr also praised Brown for having “unbelievable” recall.

“He did everything with us just now and the man’s recall is unbelievable. He came in and [had] no mental errors and in this offense that’s not easy to do . . . you got to stay on coach Gruden’s offense all the time and you can tell Antonio’s been studying because he came out and didn’t miss a beat.”

The Raiders expressed optimism that Brown would be able to get back to normal football activities shortly after he arrived in Napa earlier this week. So far, it sounds like everything is going according to plan.
