Just a few minutes into his NBA Summer League debut and New Orleans Pelicans star rookie Zion Williamson showed everyone just exactly what’s coming to the NBA for years to come with a vicious sequence.

After the New York Knicks grabbed the rebound, Williamson ripped the ball and soul out of Kevin Knox’s hand and flung him to the ground in a single motion. Williamson went up and slammed in a ferocious dunk then stared at Knox to let him know that the star rookie is here to stay.

Williamson started out the game a little cold with his shot and Knox started to let the rookie hear it early. Unfortunately for Knox, it didn’t take long before Williamson got his chance for revenge and absolutely wrecked Knox on national television.

New Orleans has a new star on its hands and with a packed arena and a national audience watching his debut on Friday, it’s exciting to think of what else Williamson will deliver for NBA fans.
