Raiders place Antonio Brown on non-football injury list

Antonio Brown

Oakland Raiders star wide receiver Antonio Brown made a grand appearance in his first training camp with the team, showing up to Napa on a hot air balloon.

Unfortunately, that’s no going to equate to Brown seeing action during the early stages of camp. Oakland placed its most-recent big time acquisition on the non-football injury list to start camp.

We’re not 100 percent sure what type of injury Brown is dealing with. Though, he could be activated off the injury list at any time. The injury is said to be minor.

Acquired from the Pittsburgh Steelers in a blockbuster off-season trade, the 31-year-old Brown made waves during the offseason for a plethora of reasons.

The seven-time Pro Bowler is now being relied on to help Derek Carr and the Raiders rebound from a disastrous 2018 campaign.
