Catcher Zack Collins is having a great year in the Chicago White Sox system.

On Sunday, it was reported that he’ll be heading up to the majors.

Collins was selected No. 10 overall in 2016 out of the University of Miami. He’s one of many young players that the White Sox are depending on to form the foundation of the roster going forward.

He’s been solid at the plate for Triple-A Charlotte in 2019, hitting .250/.374/.482 with nine home runs in 164 at-bats. In 2018, he hit .234/.382/.404 with 15 home runs in Double-A.
