Suns trade sixth pick to Wolves for 11th pick, Dario Saric

NBA trades are coming in at a rapid clip leading up to the 2019 draft Thursday evening.

The latest is a rather interesting one. The Phoenix Suns have dealt the sixth pick in the draft to the Minnesota Timberwolves for the 11th selection and forward Dario Saric.

Phoenix had previously dealt fellow forward T.J. Warren to the Indiana Pacers in another trade on Thursday. Saric will likely be used to replace him in the rotation.

It’s not yet known who the Wolves are targeting at six, but we’d expect it to be a guard.

Based on how the first four picks look following the Pelicans and Hawks trade, either Jarrett Culver or Darius Garland will be available. North Carolina guard Coby White is also a high riser heading into the draft.
