Serge Ibaka made a special defensive play midway through the second quarter of Sunday’s Eastern Conference Semifinal between the Toronto Raptors and Philadelphia 76ers.
Philly appeared to be set up perfectly for an easy bucket on a fast break following a steal on the other end. Ibaka trailed the play, and then he savagely rejected Tobias Harris’ layup attempt.
Philly has had issues in the paint so far this game. Ibaka and Marc Gasol have both been formidable rim defenders. Certainly, this play was proof of Ibaka’s prowess.
