All is quiet on the Tyreek Hill front. On Wednesday, Roger Goodell confirmed that the NFL has yet to even speak to him yet about the disturbing legal case he’s embroiled in.
Hill has been suspended until further notice by the Kansas City Chiefs following a disturbing audio recording that emerged. The recording is said to be Hill speaking with his girlfriend, Crystal Espinal, and includes him threatening her after she told him their son said Hill is the one who broke his arm.
The couple’s son is currently in protective custody, and the district attorney re-opened the case after the audio recording became public. Previously, he had cleared Hill and Espinal of criminal misconduct while lamenting he knew a crime had been committed but could not prove it.
Given the fact that the NFL has yet to even speak with Hill about this situation, it seems like a resolution will be a long time coming.
