Andrew Luck not practicing during Colts OTAs due to calf strain

Andrew Luck was a huge winner during NFL minicamps

Indianapolis Colts starting quarterback Andrew Luck is skipping Colts OTAs this week due to a calf strain, head coach Frank Reich told reporters on Wednesday.

Per Mike Wells of ESPN, Reich said Luck could play if the team had a game Sunday, noting the Colts are “just being precautionary there.”

Luck is coming off a phenomenal comeback season in 2018. After missing the entire 2017 campaign due to complications from shoulder surgery, Luck completed 67.3 percent of his passes for 4,593 yards with 39 touchdowns and 15 interception while leading the Colts to the playoffs with a 10-6 regular-season record.
