Kyler Murray, just over 24 hours away from likely becoming the No. 1 overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, shared his brand new Nike commercial on Wednesday.
In it, he reaffirms his passion for football above all sports, highlights the fact that he had to wait for his turn to prove his worth on the big stage, and stressed his winning record and Heisman Trophy.
Murray also shared his desire to “be the best to ever play the game.”
It’s a tactical message, to be sure, as there could still be some doubt in the minds of NFL talent evaluators as it relates to Murray’s potential baseball career. Since declaring for the draft, he has stressed football is everything to him. Now he’s doubling down to get the point across one more time.
