Tom Brady: Being called the GOAT ‘makes me cringe’

Tom Brady is among the best NFL players over the age of 30

Tom Brady is considered by most to be the GOAT (greatest of all time), and never has this been more true since he won his sixth Super Bowl.

Just don’t expect him to thank you if you tell him he’s the GOAT.

In an appearance on Good Morning America, Brady told Michael Strahan he really doesn’t like it at all.

“I don’t even like it. It makes me cringe,” Brady said. “I guess I take compliments worse than I … I wish you would say, ‘You’re trash, you’re too old, you’re too slow, you can’t get it done no more,’” And I’ll say, ‘Thank you very much, I’ll prove you wrong.’”

The chip on the shoulder thing will never die.

Brady, a former sixth-round pick, wants us to keep flinging bulletin-board material his way, rather than praising him for his legendary career.

And honestly? I can respect that.

Brady, you suck. You’re the worst six-time Super Bowl champion the world has ever seen. You’ll probably never even win eight titles. God, what a loser!

You’re welcome, New England.
