WATCH: Alabama star has hilarious reaction to Kyler Murray question

Star Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams must be licking his chops at the opportunity of going up against reigning Heisman winner Kyler Murray and the Oklahoma Sooners in the CFP Semifinals this coming Saturday.

Williams is considered a lock to go in the top 10 of the 2019 NFL Draft. He usually does his talking with elite-level play on the field.

The 289-pound defensive lineman almost slipped up when fielding a question about Murray and whether he’s ever gone up against a quarterback like that. We say almost, because, his reaction was 100 percent real.

Check it out below.

”I feel like Kyler Murray is not…nah, I’m good.” We know where you were going there, Mr. Williams. Maybe, we can finish that sentence for you. “I feel like Kyler Murray is not as good as he’s made out to be.” Yeah, it’s not too hard to read between the lines here.

Williams certainly didn’t want to give Nick Saban’s squad bulletin board material. He did good to avoid that.

The 5-foot-10 Murray has exceeded all expectations as a first-year starter for the Sooners. He heads into the College Football Playoff having accounted for nearly 5,000 total yards with 51 total touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Though, Murray has not gone up against a defense as dominant as the one the Crimson Tide have thrown out there this season. This unit has seven likely 2019 NFL Draft picks, including five players that could potentially go in the first round.
